The Albanian Investment Development Agency (AIDA) informs you about the training “Women getting ready for digital transformation”, which is offered by the German Association of Industry and Commerce in Albania (DIHA).

Women Going Digital is a certified online training aimed at women who want to expand their knowledge and expertise on topics related to digital transformation. The course is divided into 16 modules, which consist of videos, podcasts and a digital magazine for each module in Albanian and Macedonian language and can be used asynchronously at any time.

The target group of the training are women from the areas of administration, production and agriculture in North Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania who want to participate competently in discussions and decision-making processes when introducing and implementing digital solutions in their organizations or their own companies.
