AIDA opened the call for the identification of private properties in support of investments

AIDA, with the aim to attract and facilitate investments in Albania, opens the call to interested individuals to submit private properties to our agency, according to the following three categories:

Warehouse– minimum surface > 1000 m2;

Free land surface– minimum surface > 2000 m2;

Land surface along the coastline suitable for investment in tourism.

Through this call, it is intended to form a database of private properties that would enable the fast communication between investors and property owners. This would enable the expansion of the options offered to investors, providing more security for the investment.
