AIDA visits the “EVEREST LLC” company in the Kamez Municipality

The Albanian Investment Development Agency (AIDA), represented by the staff of the Investment & Aftercare sector through the support of the German government through GIZ/ProSEED 2.0, in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance and Economy, as well as accompanied by representatives of the Kamëz Municipality, on 25.01.2023, visited the company “Everest LLC”, located in Kamez Municipality. EVEREST established since 1997, is one of the leading aluminium profile manufacturing companies in Europe, engaged in the design, production and marketing of aluminium profiles, windows, doors and facades, as well as other architectural applications.

The company operates in the domestic market, but has also managed to export to the USA, Canada, Kosovo, Malta, North Macedonia, Italy, etc. It is the winner of the award “The first construction company in Albania” and also holds the first place among the Albanian companies with the largest aluminium export for 2022.

The aim of the meeting was to consolidate the cooperation between the business, AIDA and the local government, as well as to discuss the different needs or problems they may have encountered. The company as a primary suggestion forwarded the need for support for participation in international fairs for businesses that want to participate, as the best form according to them for promoting the opportunities of Albania and Albanian products.
