The Day of the National Ceremony of Albania at Expo 2020 Dubai

Albania’s participation in EXPO 2020 Dubai for the 6-month period, along with 192 countries, culminated with the National Day on March 9.

This important day brought together visitors to the Albanian pavilion and friends and benefactors of our country. Albania was at the center of the organization, where various cultural performances were held throughout the day.

The National Day was honored with his participation by the Prime Minister, Mr. Edi Rama and a part of the government cabinet. Mr. Rama welcomed the organization and placed the importance of his speech on the very good relations between the United Arab Emirates and Albania. In addition, the Prime Minister emphasized the importance of participating in events such as expo, in the further development of cooperation and relations between states.

The Executive Director of the Albanian Investment Development Agency, Mr. Sokol Nano, in the role of the General Commissioner of Albania at Expo 2020 Dubai, appreciated the participation in this worldwide event of particular importance in the economic relations and investments that are expected to be implemented in our place.

Until now, the Albanian pavilion has been visited by over 200 thousand visitors, who will continue until March 31, which will also be the closing of Expo 2020 Dubai.
