The workshop for the organizational capacity assessment (OCA) of AIDA in providing export promotion services

Representatives of AIDA were part of the two-day workshop organized by the Swiss Import Promotion Program (SIPPO), for the organizational capacity assessment (OCA), of AIDA in providing export promotion services.

Through the organizational capacity assessment tool created by SIPPO, was achieved the identification of strengths and areas for improvement related to export promotion.

The results of this assessment will be used hereafter by AIDA, to improve the services to the target group
