AIDA held today the Round Table of the Automotive sector, as part of the investor care service.
Ms. Laura Saro, Executive Director of AIDA, delivered the opening speech of this panel, which was developed to highlight the challenges and achievements of the automotive sector in Albania. Ms. Saro, after thanking those present at this activity, emphasized the reason for holding this roundtable, based on the problems presented by investors in the aftercare campaigns that AIDA has developed and evaluated the sector as having potential for the economic development of the country.
Also present at this activity was Mr. Endrit Yzeiraj, deputy Minister of the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation, who emphasized the necessity of developing the automotive industry as part of the country’s economic development and described this activity as the first step in this direction.
The representatives of the companies Delmon Group, Forschner Albania, YURA, SV MEGA, Timak and SEWS CABIND Albania were present, expressing each of them the different problems they encounter. The recommendations of this activity will be sent by AIDA to the responsible institutions, with the aim of helping the development of this sector.
