Success story: “New Born”

The Albanian Investment Development Agency (AIDA) has assisted the New Born project, starting from the application phase for the project and subsequent implementation.

The support given by nga AIDA specifically includes: Fast track procedures; Facilitation of communication with the public institution; Priority handling and preparation of documentation; Access to the supportive measures provided by the Law; Land consolidation; Assistive Infrastructure and Use of public assets for strategic investment project execution.

New Born will have an impact and sustainability in the ecosystem through: Creating destinations in underdeveloped/uninhabited areas; Building new communities; Increasing country tourism; Creating jobs, Adding value to local communities; Eco-friendly developments; and Enhancing investment options.
